{Basic History} Rah Rah Skirt was born as a cheerleader in human years during high school. But suddenly after she and her girls formed a pyramid,Skirt accidently fell off and broke her neck. As she went to Heaven,she became snooty and rude to Angels and believed she's better than anyone. She was kicked out for being a bitch. Skirt finds herself in Daten City and became a cheerleader in Daten High. She thinks every guy will fall for her. But her dream was strucked when guys were falling for Thong. This angers Skirt and screamed at Thong that they are now arch-rivals,which Thong was simply confused and doesnt know what she has done to Skirt. Skirt often humiliates Thong in front of Chain and everyone else Thong hangs out,pulling pranks on her but failed,even telling her lies about certain things. Skirt claimed she's prettier than Thong but everyone in the school doesnt think she is and says that Thong will pwn her. Just like Panty,Skirt has sex with alot of guys she seeks and has 40 boyfriends. She doesnt take her ghost hunting seriously and wanders off some places. While in cheerleading, Skirt bosses the other cheerleaders around and start trash talking to other cheerleading squad from Oten City. She often gets chased by a bunch of girls who cant stand Skirt.

Skirt lives in a house across from Thong's mansion. She practices cheerleading in her back yard but often gets distracted by Thong as she sees her walking with Chain. She is seen going to a strip club but gets kicked out quickly.

{Misc} Skirt has a huge crush on Thong's cousin Boom and will often have ways to get him to be hers. Her sin appears to be lust,vainity,and such.

She has a talking mirror(similiar to the talking mirror from Snow White and the Seven Dwarves)in her room. She asks the mirror who is prettier than her then the mirror answers a girl who is prettier. Skirt gets easily angered and freaked out whenever someone calls her ugly or beast.

Skirt also thinks she could never beat Thong out of anything. But although she hates Thong,she sides with her on arguments from Scanty and Kneesocks. She appears in Thong's birthday party and such and is secretly jealous of her.

Her favorite colors are variations of pink. Her theme is more like Britney Spears. She has a taste in spicy food and bitter medicine(bleh). Skirt often forces girls to be part of her "Rah Rah" crew.

Her demon counterpart is Miniskirt and her arch-rivals are Thong,Panty,and Scanty.
